OurMemory is committed to providing an accessible digital service for all users, including people with disabilities. We continuously work to improve usability and accessibility across our public website and event pages.

2. Standard and Scope

This statement is published in accordance with Israeli Standard 5568 and is based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA principles.

  • Screen-reader-friendly labels for key form controls
  • Responsive layout support for desktop and mobile usage

4. Known Limitations

We are aware of areas that may still require improvement:

  • Some media content may not yet include full alternative text coverage
  • Certain dynamic admin tools may have partial keyboard-only support
  • Some third-party integrations may not fully meet all accessibility criteria

We prioritize remediation as part of ongoing product updates.

5. Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility

The service is designed to work with modern browsers and common assistive technologies, including current versions of Chrome, Safari, and Edge, and screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver.
